In March 2023, we had the great honour of a visit by The Leader of Sandwell Council accompanied by cabinet members and the Chief Executive with other officers from the council. They visited SPMA Victoria Centre to see the important work that is being done here for the local community and we welcome the wonderful feedback from them all.
During the visit, the council officials were given a tour of the centre and were able to witness first-hand the many services that are being offered to local members of the community, including welfare advice, debt advice, and immigration advice. They were also introduced to the many activities carried out by SPMA for the community to better health and wellbeing for all.
SPMA Victoria Centre has long been a hub for community engagement and support and the visit by Sandwell Council officials serves as recognition of the valuable role that the centre plays in the local area. The centre’s commitment to providing essential services to those who need it most is a testament to the hard work and dedication of its staff and volunteers.
Overall, the visit by Sandwell Council officials was a resounding success, and it is hoped that the centre’s ongoing work and commitment to the local community will continue to be recognised and we thank Sandwell MBC for their continued support. The visit was a clear indication of the importance of community engagement and support, and serves as a shining example of the positive impact that can be made when different organisations work together towards a common goal.
