SPMA Victoria Centre and Ileys Community Centre are Warm Spaces, selected by Sandwell Council as part of an initiative aimed at providing a safe and warm environment for people during the cold winter months. The initiative offers clients a respite from the bitter cold weather and allows them to access other services within the centers, in addition to free hot drinks.
This initiative helps provide a safe and warm environment for people to escape the cold, without having to worry about the high cost of heating their homes. By providing a warm space and free hot drinks, Warm Spaces can help alleviate the financial burden on vulnerable members of the community, particularly those who may be living in poverty or experiencing homelessness.
In addition to providing a safe and warm environment for the community, this service also allows our community access to all of the services provided at our centre, this includes welfare advice, debt advice & counselling as well as energy support advice.
This service is available until March 30th 2023 at the following times:
At the Victoria Centre,
Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
At Ileys Community Centre
