Energy Support & Advice
SPMA aims to analyse, using the information provided, our clients current utility plans and enable our clients to understand what their alternative options are. This is with the goal of our clients being able to save more of their income while not compromising on any of their needs. This service may also allow our community to lower its carbon footprint. Whether this goal is met through becoming more energy efficient, switching to a green tariff, or further insulating a home to keep heat in, we offer the advice and support necessary in order for SPMA to help tackle fuel poverty.
We also allow our clients to understand what support they may receive from the government in regard to their debt payment. Our clients are made aware of government schemes such as Winter Fuel Payment as well as the Warm Home Discount Scheme and any other services provided by the government in supporting people with paying their bills.
