Our Badminton and Ladies Zumba classes provide a fun and energetic workout, while our Healthy Cooking classes alongside our Diet & Gym Education sessions offer practical advice and knowledge on healthy eating and exercise. For those looking for a more relaxed experience, we also offer Ladies Tea & Coffee and Ladies Yoga sessions, providing a space for individuals to come together, socialize, and participate in light physical activity.
