Welcoming Space
SPMA Victoria Centre is now part of the Welcoming Spaces within Sandwell aimed at providing a safe and warm environment for people during the cold winter months. The initiative offers clients a respite from the bitter cold weather and allows them to access other services within the centre, in addition to free hot drinks.
This initiative helps provide a safe and warm environment for people to escape the cold, without having to worry about the high cost of heating their homes. By providing a warm space and free hot drinks, Welcoming Space can help alleviate the financial burden on vulnerable members of the community, particularly those who may be living in poverty or experiencing homelessness.
In addition to providing a safe and warm environment for the community, this service also allows our community access to all of the services provided at our centre, this includes Welfare advice, Debt advice, Energy support advice as well as taking part in other activities and make use of other resources that we offer.
This service is available at the following times:
Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 3:00pm
Friday 9:00am – 1:00pm
